MOVE FORWARD WITH US What you will be doing: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for salaried positions across the US & Canada. Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans. Sourcing passive and active candidates utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Referrals, ATS, etc.). Screening prospective candidates through interviews, evaluations, and assessments. Coordinating interview processes and scheduling candidate selection discussions.
