The Senior Cybersecurity Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing regulatory intelligence to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining security governance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements such as FDA and EUMDR, ensuring the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) compliance, conducting regular reviews and audits of security processes, providing regulatory intelligence on security regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to update security documentation, serving as a subject matter expert on security governance, participating in risk assessments and mitigation planning, aiding in the development of security processes for Non-product Software, facilitating regulatory submissions, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend security enhancements. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, 5 years of experience in product cybersecurity or related field, strong understanding of security concepts and best practices, experience with security governance frameworks and QMS, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or CEH.
