Responsibilities for this Position At General Dynamics Mission Systems, we develop technologies, products, and services that help our nation’s heroes keep us safe. We work with advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native, and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar, and more. You will lead teams in developing, defining, and implementing program plans, managing resources, and ensuring project success. Your role involves monitoring work progress, managing risks, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include: Primary point of contact for development, engineering, quality, supply chain, and customers. Lead production programs and oversee manufacturing efforts. Mentor project leads and develop transition checklists. Represent the organization as the technical contact on contracts and proposals. Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure on-time delivery. Develop project schedules, monitor performance, and manage risks. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Prepare status reports and facilitate meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage proposals. Lead and develop teams, fostering professional growth. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong concentration and multi-tasking skills. Ability to research and summarize technical problems. Excellent planning, scheduling, and execution skills. Initiative and professionalism in project execution. Mentoring and leadership abilities. Proficiency in technical presentations and computer skills. EVMS certification may be required; travel may be necessary. Salary Note This position offers a salary range of USD $189,535.00 - USD $205,083.00 per year, based on experience and location. The posting remains open until filled.
