Job Description:
Minimum of seven years of experience with task order applications or related technologies.
Providing end-user support, including help desk support if required for assigned tasks.
Supporting various software as listed in Section C.2.1 of this SOA, Technology Platform, Tools, and Utilities.
Providing user and desktop support for email systems.
Providing support for mobile devices (client-side).
Providing support for workstations and peripherals.
This program requires US Citizenship or Green Card (Lawful Permanent Residents).
Position Details:
Pay Rate / Range: $38-45/hr
The above salary range represents the expected range for the position; final offers depend on responsibilities, candidate’s experience, education, skills, location, travel requirements, and current market conditions.
