Caterpillar's is looking for a Senior Learning & Organizational Partner. This individual will work independently and in conjunction with Caterpillar's Senior Manager of Employee Experience and Assessments to provide both scalable and custom solutions for the individual-, team-, and organizational-levels. Areas of focus include design, deployment, and evaluation of assessment and development products, employee experience programs (e.g., New Hire Survey, Know to Grow 360), and organizational development projects. What You Will Do: Serve as lead consultant on design and development of large-scale or complex solutions for organizational development issues Evaluate and continuously improve products and solutions used for working with our customers. Collaborate with business partners and external vendors in overseeing global deployment of enterprise wide, data-driven products and solutions (e.g., the New Hire Survey program, Know to Grow 360). Support a large global community of HR partners through responding to process questions, providing advice, leading informational meetings, and communicating changes to processes. Conduct analyses on both quantitative and qualitative data as needed; interpret results to uncover opportunities for action and development for senior leaders. Initiate and participate in research and benchmarking of internal and external best practices related to data-driven products solutions. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, I/O Psychology, or a similar field. Progressive experience in organizational effectiveness consulting. Organizational effectiveness background is essential in areas such as surveys and assessments, leadership development, and organizational development. Effectively manages end-to-end consulting engagements. Builds productive working relationships with coworkers and vendors. Pays close attention to detailed processes and data without losing sight of the bigger picture. Highly effective at analyzing and communicating quantitative and qualitative data for executive-level audiences. Able to design surveys and assessments and analyze these data using appropriate software packages (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or R). Able to work in a global organization that spans many time zones, cultural practices, and languages. Top Candidates Will Also Have: MA/MS degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or an MBA with a particular concentration in organizational psychology or organizational behavior. Progressive experience in organizational effectiveness consulting, including successful interaction with executive-level leadership. Demonstrated expertise in the science and practice of Employee Experience, Leadership Assessment and Development, and Organizational Development. Able to build and maintain data-driven products and solutions in a Fortune 100 company. Summary Pay Range: $126,000.00 - $189,000.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
