Team Lead Electrical Controls Engineer - Ignition SCADA

We are seeking a visionary Team Lead to spearhead the growth of our innovative solutions in Electrical Power Monitoring and control systems. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape a talented team, foster professional growth, and drive technical excellence, all while delivering superior customer satisfaction and profitability.

**Qualifications:**

BSEE or BSME Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience in Industrial Control Systems. Expertise in PLC-based control, HMI, and SCADA systems including Inductive Automation (Ignition), Rockwell, Wonderware, or Schneider. Over 10 years of industry experience, with 7 years in a supervisory capacity. Mastery in technical disciplines like electrical, mechanical, and controls. Proficient in risk management, mitigation practices, and budget management. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong customer relationships. Experience in matrix leadership and working with diverse teams across various locations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve complex issues. Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements while maintaining a high level of employee morale. Proven leadership in challenging project environments and exceptional communication skills.

**Physical Demands and Requirements:**

Ability and willingness to travel as required. Capacity to work beyond standard hours, including weekends if necessary. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds following OSHA standards.
