Jobright.ai Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Test Manager with expertise in ETL Testing and Snowflake to join their team. The role involves leading project planning, authoring test strategies, and managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality results. Responsibilities: • Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals are clearly defined and achievable. • Estimate the testing effort for the scope of work and identify the resourcing needs • Facilitate UAT, Analyze & track the UAT defects to closure • Facilitate the defect triage meetings • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Should have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. • Should have experience in leading cross-functional teams. • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. Qualifications: Required: • 15+ years of experience in testing • Must have hands on experience in data testing and API testing • Should have expertise in ETL testing, Snowflake & Power BI dashboard testing • Strong knowledge in SQL • Should have excellent project/program management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery • Should be proficient in test management tools • Should have knowledge in test automation and data testing tools • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills • Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Should have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results • Should have experience in leading cross-functional teams • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized • Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Company: Cognizant is a professional services company that helps clients alter their business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.
