Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Financial Advisor located in Miami, FL. The Senior Financial Advisor will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs and create tailored strategies to help them achieve their financial goals, and to provide them with quality service and account coverage. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Proven experience in the Wealth Management industry (5 years minimum) Deep understanding of financial markets and investments, from traditional products as bonds, stocks and mutual funds, to Alternative Investments Extensive experience in Business Development Track record on attracting new clients or increasing the share-of-wallet of existing clients Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL (Brickell) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a plus SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 are a must. If any of these licenses are pending, exams must be taken and approved within 90 days of the hiring date Commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused services Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements to service clients in absolute compliance of FINRA and SEC rules Compensation Salary level will depend on the experience of the candidate Compensation will be a fixed salary + bonus based on performance (measured through quantitative KPIs, and qualitative/discretional factors) 401k with employer match up to 4% of salary Health Insurance + vision and dental Life Insurance Parking spot or Metrorail pass Seniority level
