ServiceNow Developer
to join our team in Altadena, California. This is a hybrid position. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Implementing ServiceNow solution design using best industry and ServiceNow practices with HR Service Delivery and Employee Center Pro. Facilitating requirements gathering, documenting requirements, and participating in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developers. Grooming development stories, providing guidance on solutioning, and translating requirements into functional features. Designing and developing solutions within ServiceNow, including applications, forms, workflows, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and other configurations. Developing applications and forms with advanced scripting, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and deploying solutions across environments using Agile methodologies. Leading efforts in requirements gathering, process workflow development, and guiding other ServiceNow developers. Minimum Qualifications
BS Degree in a technical field and 10 years of experience, or 14 years of experience without a degree. 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform including ITAM, HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and related modules. 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development, integration, and automation platform design. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Jelly, Angular.js, PowerShell, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP. Experience with ServiceNow administration, scripting, and configuration management. End-to-end SDLC experience including requirements analysis, system design, testing, and deployment. Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (HRSD), Implementation Specialist (SAM), System Administrator. Experience with GRC/IRM modules and App Engine Studio UI Builder. Strong stakeholder communication skills. Security Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizen and willing to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Physical Requirements
Ability to stay stationary over 50% of the time, operate a computer, and communicate effectively. Additional Details
