Designing and writing high-quality code, building CI/CD pipelines, and establishing monitoring dashboards for system health. Mentoring junior team members and championing engineering excellence within the organization. In this role, you will lead efforts to advance Amazon's talent acquisition technology. About the Team: The Workforce Solutions team is committed to providing integrated, people-focused solutions that streamline hiring processes across Amazon. We prioritize customer needs and strive to match individuals to the right opportunities, enhancing the employee lifecycle and experience. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of systems. Proficiency in at least one software programming language. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
