Software Systems Engineer - III/Sr BI Developer/Architect
Contract America Networks is a leading sensor and networking solutions partner for companies in the Industrial, Manufacturing, and Waste Management sectors. We design and manufacture sensors for storage tanks, water metering, energy metering, gas monitoring, and asset management.
Our founders are experienced telecommunications engineers with over 200 years of combined expertise in designing, optimizing, and performance engineering for international wireless carriers. They identified a need for low-power, cost-efficient sensors to collect data, generate alerts, and predict necessary actions. We integrate these sensors with low power, wide area (LPWA) networking technologies to help clients reduce recurring costs associated with IoT sensor networks and connected devices.
We specialize in designing, deploying, optimizing, and supporting these networks. Whether off-the-shelf or custom solutions are required, we develop tailored solutions and deploy data on the most suitable cloud platform, including client-specific options.
Position: Sr BI Developer/Architect Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in Business Intelligence (BI). Proficiency with OBIEE and Tableau (minimum 2 years in Tableau). Strong visualization skills for dashboards and scorecards. Robust SQL and stored procedure experience. Excellent analytical and data analysis skills. Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and translate them into application requirements. Decision-making skills under pressure. Experience in supporting and administering database systems. Design and development of dashboards and scorecards. Understanding of OBIEE and Tableau architecture. Development of high-performance reports and dashboards handling high-volume data. Database expertise to support software development teams. Collaborate with vendors and management on data migration and reporting tools. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and project management skills. Primary responsibilities include supporting BI tools, maintaining environments, developing dashboards, and collaborating on data migration projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
