Role Definition

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead a team overseeing the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for Investment CastingsBlades, Vanes, and Nozzles. This role ensures availability of necessary commodities to support manufacturing or distribution. The role is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that ensure material availability, drive supplier performance, and support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract management, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction. This position also plays a key role in mentoring talent and aligning supply chain capabilities with business growth objectives. This position is on-site five days a week.

Responsibilities

Ensure the supplier value stream performance is consistent and synchronized with demand. Serve as the industry expert for a particular value stream category and develop and execute supplier sourcing strategies that support business growth and cost reduction targets while delivering year-over-year supplier performance improvement. Act as an internal consultant on the availability of future commodities and the corresponding impact on design programs. Identify performance gaps within the supply base and develop improvement plans for the identified gaps. Provide leadership through the development, mentoring and training of their team to build a best-in-class Global Supply Chain team and drive business results.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Focus in Supply Chain Management or Procurement. Additional certifications a plus. Extensive (10+ years) experience in supply chain management, sourcing, and leadership. Strong decision-making, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Aerospace industry experience. Experience in Investment Casting.

Strong decision-making and critical thinking. Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities. Proven leadership and team development experience. Strategic sourcing and supply chain management expertise. Experience with contingency planning and disaster recovery.
