Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking a QA Tester to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Tester - AML Platform Management, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the AML Platform Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively. Role: Quality Assurance Tester - AML Platform Management Location: Plano, TX/ Charlotte, NC (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week) Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion Only W2! Job Summary: The AML Platform Management team seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance Tester to support management and enhancements of the AWARE workflow tool, which underpins KYC and CDD processes across GBAM. Responsibilities include managing the UAT lifecycle, executing test scripts, identifying defects, and collaborating with Risk, Compliance, and SMEs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute UAT processes. Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts and cases. Identify, document, and track defects. Provide daily status updates. Collaborate with developers and analysts. Validate product changes meet requirements. Support validation testing at change delivery cycles end. Work with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role. Experience with project management and QA methodologies. Experience with Pega CLM or other AML/KYC systems. Understanding of Agile, SDLC, Waterfall. Experience with Horizon Jira testing modules. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to work independently and in teams. Manage tight timelines and priorities. Desired Skills: Familiarity with GB & GM operations. Experience in planning and coordination.
