BAE Systems Platforms and Services Program Controls Team is hiring a Sr. Program Controls Analyst for our Combat Missions Systems (CMS) business unit. The role will be Hybrid at the Minneapolis, MN site. The role will work with the CAS Enterprise Program Controls/Program Management System supporting the Weapon Systems Programs. The Program Controls/Performance Measurement System is integrated with the Financial Systems to provide information required for near-term and long-term planning of the Program's resource needs. Under limited direction, the successful candidate will oversee the work, resources, and dollars using program controls tools drawing from advanced understanding of program management methodology, program control principles, and hands-on experience with planning and cost processing software. The position will be heavily oriented to driving business cycles processes and utilizing integrated performance measurement systems to develop contractual program control based Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). Location/Travel: This will be a Hybrid role where you will work from home and onsite. Will be working on site 3 days a week. Schedule: This role will work on a 9/80 schedule where you will have every other Friday off. Responsibilities: Support Developmental Engineering and Production Programs Support System Surveillance, Operations, and Procurement Serve as a Planning and Cost Processing Tool Expert Support Program Managers and Control Account Managers with the use and maintenance of program controls systems and outputs Interface with other Program Controls Analysts in the development of templates for program controls Advise Division and Program Managers on program trends Provide progress reports of program planning and scheduling to leadership Review Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Provide data to support Finance, Risk, Change, and Configuration Management Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly trend analysis Develop Earned Value (EV) Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Perform cost estimating and process updates to the Estimate to Complete (EAC) Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) Support Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Joint Surveillance Audits Support the development and implementation of new/improved processes and procedures Interface with all levels within the organization as well as government leadership Work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical staff Utilize Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MRP, and Excel to develop analytics and reports Respect, understand, and value individual differences that embody the principles of diversity Abide by all environmental, safety, and health regulations Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor Degree with 4 years of experience or equivalent experience Experience in Program Controls/Program Finance/Program Performance Experience in Program Cost/Cost Management/Cost Accounting/Cost Estimating Experience in Earned Value (EV)/Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Knowledge of Program Management Processes Ability to support Finance, Risk, Change, and Configuration Management Ability to support Developmental Engineering and Production Programs Ability to support System Surveillance, Operations, and Procurement Ability to support Compliance and Audits Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, including working in a semi-structured environment Ability to develop, implement, and improve processes and procedures Ability to effectively communicate and work with both technical and non-technical staff Strong Communication skills Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Graduate Degree a plus Program Controls/Program Management Certification a plus Experience in Defense (DoD) a plus Experience in Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) a plus Experience in Earned Value Management System Interpretation Guide (EVMSIG) a plus Experience in EVMS Joint Surveillance Audits a plus Experience in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) a plus Experience in Deltek Cobra Data Integration Tools, Open Plan, MS Project, Manufacturing Requirements Planning Systems (MRP), or Advance Excel a plus Experience working in a matrixed environment and interfacing with high level internal and external government leadership a plus Demonstrated ability to support program managers and their control account managers with the use and maintenance of program controls systems and outputs a plus Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
