Onsite | Glendale, CA Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Sr. Software Engineer (node.js and java). Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $85 - $95 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: The Studio Tech Team is looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Debut screening platform team. Debut is an exclusive, invitation-only platform designed to securely screen content and protect our IP. Our mission is to build highly available, high-performance services that are essential for delivering top-tier content to our audiences. If you have a passion for streaming media or want to contribute to a growing team that plays a vital role in the functionality of our internal screening tool, this is the opportunity for you. Experience Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience in backend development Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js runtime environment Experience with database management (SQL and/or NoSQL) Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with version control systems (Git) Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
