As a corporate and business strategy consultant, you will analyze client needs, deliver consulting services across various strategic areas, and support the development and implementation of effective strategies to drive growth. Key Responsibilities
Analyze client needs and develop strategic recommendations. Work closely with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations. Lead and motivate teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality results. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and networks. Apply sound judgment, escalate issues when necessary, and demonstrate leadership in ambiguous situations. Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of strategy consulting or industry experience. Deep industry knowledge in Financial Services, especially Banking & Capital Markets. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Additional Information This role involves up to 80% travel and offers a salary range of $130,000 - $256,000 plus discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more.
