M&A Strategy Manager – Industrial Sector (Fort Worth, TX)
Salary: $160,000–$200,000, with 20–25% bonus potential

Our client is looking to bring strategic M&A capability in-house, replacing traditional external consultancy with a hands-on, analytical leader who thrives on delivering results.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory with opportunity for further advancement in future leadership roles.
In this role, you will: Lead full lifecycle M&A initiatives - from opportunity identification through integration Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and commercial teams, plus external partners Prepare compelling investment proposals and C-suite presentations Operate with high autonomy and executive exposure Influence and execute corporate strategy at the highest level

We’re looking for: 8–15 years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors (mining is a plus) Proven hands-on M&A experience (deal sourcing, due diligence, integration) Background in strategy consulting and/or industry-based strategy roles Strong commercial acumen with an engineering degree (MBA a plus) A collaborative, humble leader who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced settings
