is seeking a
Robotics Coordinator/Physician Assistant
to support and enhance our robotic surgery program. Join a dedicated team that is committed to cutting-edge surgical care and innovation.
This role works collaboratively with the Surgical Services Manager/Director, Robotics Steering Committee, hospital departments, and industry representatives to ensure smooth operations, training, and clinical support for robotic surgical procedures.
The Robotics Coordinator will lead and manage initiatives focused on:
Education & Training : Facilitating clinical training for surgical techs , first assist , advanced practice providers, and students (FA, surgical tech, PA, NP, surgical residents) across all robotic surgery and bronchoscopy platforms. Clinical Support : Assisting intraoperatively as needed and ensuring the provision of safe and effective patient care. Program Development & Leadership : Driving performance improvement, customer satisfaction, and professional development initiatives within the robotic surgery program. Patient Advocacy & Communication : Acting as a liaison to ensure seamless collaboration among surgical teams and hospital departments.
About the Role: Choice of 5, 8-hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts (with rotating days off) No call requirement We offer a

Approved hiring range: Minimum $125,000 to maximum $155,000.
