MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE. Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as a System Administrator.

Description of duties: You will support a variety of physical clients, servers, storage and networking equipment in restricted or secure laboratory spaces. Must have active Secret Security clearance at start of employment. Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience. Experience with Network devices (managed switches, routers, firewalls) and network protocols (TCP/IP, etc) Experience with Desktop Support, Server Administration, and Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, etc.) Strong computer literacy including x86 based hardware, Microsoft/Linux/Unix operating systems and systems administration. Security certifications (Security+, GICSP/SSCP, GSEC, CASP+, CCNP Security, CISSP.)o

Desired Qualifications Technology certifications (Systems Administration, Cloud, etc.) Experience with Compliance frameworks (RMF, DFARS) Applying best practices in system security and cyber hardening for design of DT solutions, including segmented computing environments, managed data transfers, patching and vulnerability management. (STIG, etc)
