(TS/SCI & FSP Required) OTA is seeking an experienced and highly skilled System Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a System Engineer Level 4, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems and infrastructure. Your extensive knowledge and expertise, accumulated over 10 years of experience, will be essential in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our country's most important technology systems. Responsibilities
Develop and deliver work products in any of the ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas. Perform analysis of technical alternatives for projects and make preliminary recommendations. Assist in performing systems engineering activities in the ISO/IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas. Supervise or coordinate the work of other contractor engineers or technicians on projects. Lead contractor systems engineering activities, including supervising the work of project engineering staff and technicians. Requirements
Active TS/SCI Clearance with current Full Scope Polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline plus 10 years of systems engineering experience. OR a high school diploma or GED plus 14 years of general systems engineering experience (any Process Area). OR a Master’s degree in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline plus 8 years of systems engineering experience. OR a PhD in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline plus 8 years of systems engineering experience. Note 1:
Examples of qualified engineering fields include Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management. Note 2:
Examples of related disciplines include Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics. Company Overview
