Analysis and Design of Mainframe Applications: 10+ years. Analytical/problem solving skills: 10+ years. Advanced structured analysis, design, and application development for online and batch applications using COBOL/JCL/DB2/MVS Mainframe Systems: Using ChangeMan and CNTL-M: 10+ years. COBOL: 10+ years. JCL: 10+ years. Strong experience in writing complex SQLs/SPUFI using DB2: 10+ years. Postproduction support on middle to large mainframe applications: 5+ years. Experience in technical writing and documentation: 10+ years. Excel (MS): 10+ years. Outlook: 10+ years. MS Office Products: 10+ years. Excellent organization, analytical, and oral and written communication skills: 10 years. User test, system test and user acceptance test plans: 10+ years. In-depth knowledge of system development life cycle deliverables for each phase of development: 10+ years. Requirements analysis: 5+ years. Work with customers to solve problems and support their needs: 10+ years.

What You’ll Do
Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for providing technical solutioning on complex eligibility applications and its architecture. Understand the requirements, analyze the system impact, develop process documents and flowcharts, design, code, unit/integration test and deploy using mainframe tools and technologies. Solve complex technical problems. Understands business objectives and problems. Collaborate with analysts, QA, and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Conduct code reviews and participate in unit and smoke testing. Create and maintain technical documentation, database models, and system architecture diagrams. Provide post-production support and resolve system issues in a timely manner. Works closely with the project lead and management to understand and prioritize project tasks. Ensure adherence to development standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.
