TTG Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate to work on-site in an Agile environment, focusing on design, development, testing, and integration of custom software solutions. Design, develop, and test custom software solutions across multiple system components and applications. Create implementation or integration approach for applications and components. Translate system requirements into design specifications. Provide primary support for testing and installation of application releases into production. Peer review code and participate in regression and 508 compliance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage AWS for cloud-based development. Manage data using SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience Level: Senior 3 years of unrelated experience = 1 year of related experience. Bachelors preferred. Master's degree = 1 year of additional related experience. 3 certifications and/or other applicable credentials = 1 year of additional related experience. Requirements: 8-11 years experience. Required Skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks Experience with microservice architecture Experience developing in cloud platforms Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with RESTful APIs Optional Skills: Proficient in React, TypeScript, and React Query Proficient in Python Experience with AWS including Lambda Functions and DynamoDB Experience with 508 compliance Familiarity with DevOps practices Familiarity with Business Process Models such as Camunda, Flowable, N8n-io Agile experience Clearance: This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Benefits: Base Salary: $185,000 - $224,000 PTO: 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement: 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits: Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses: 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend: $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. Training Budget: 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget. New Hire Bonus: $5,000 new hire bonus. Total Compensation: $308,700
