Program Manager Location: Bellevue, WA Multiple Positions Available: Analyze, design and develop creative, learner-centered, performance-based training programs to support global AWS Customer Service teams. Lead learning needs analysis and learning strategy development activities and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and build high quality training programs and certifications to improve individual and organizational performance through learning. Define training and certification strategy, lead end-to-end program management including logistics, communication, analytics, and reporting. Collaborate effectively with AWS Site Training Program Managers at each of the global sites to coordinate sessions and maintain the highest quality delivery and execution of the program. Foster strong relationships with AWS service teams, building bridges that enable improvement and long-term customer impact.
