Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Implementation:
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, clearly defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while effectively managing resources.
- Coordination & Execution:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
- Manage any changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using rigorous verification techniques.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
- Risk Management & Post-Project Evaluation:
- Proactively perform risk management to minimize potential project risks.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify key elements of success and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and keep comprehensive project documentation that supports clear communication and accountability.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
- Professional Experience:
- Proven working experience as a Technical Project Manager within the IT sector.
- Over 7 years of specialized experience in Advanced Java Concepts.
- Technical Expertise:
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Communication & Client Management:
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project success.
