Technology Modernization - Strategy Manager As a Technology Modernization Strategy Manager, you’ll provide strategic technology advisory services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Technology Modernization Practice, with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Perform detailed analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, document conclusions, and provide recommendations. Utilize and continuously learn new technologies to collaborate with team members and enhance service delivery. Engage directly with client executive leadership to lead analysis, documentation, and recommendations on technology strategies, business process improvements, technology platform architectures, custom application design, strategic roadmaps, transformation business cases, and other solutions as required. Leverage various data collection techniques, select appropriate methods, and apply analytical models to evaluate findings, data, costs, and benefits. Assist in strategic planning that integrates disciplines like accounting, finance, sales, operations, human capital management, and IT to support the client’s strategy and operational plans. Assist in strategic road mapping and implementation to meet business objectives and ensure ROI. Develop recommendations leveraging AI, enterprise architecture, cloud/infrastructure modernization, and IT operational improvements. Support practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets, and work plans; participate in business development activities. Technical Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, IT, MIS or related; Master’s degree/MBA preferred. 5+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, data modeling, and process mapping skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional teams. Experience with organizational business hierarchies, multi-company environments, and enterprise applications (CRMs, ERPs, HCMs). Experience developing strategic business cases and roadmaps for enterprise system transformations. Knowledge of AI, enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, and IT operations (ITIL/ITSM). Note: This position requires in-person attendance at least two days per week as part of the hybrid work model.
