Technology Transformation Sr. Associate – NetSuite As a NetSuite Sr. Associate, you’ll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Technology Transformation Practice. You will have the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. From day one, you’ll be empowered by the Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision and help you grow your skills and career confidently. Your responsibilities may include: Assist in full lifecycle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases. Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals. Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing. Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption. Conduct training sessions to prepare end users for deployment. Provide post-production support. Participate in the full lifecycle of implementations. Identify business requirements, design functional and process flows, prototype, test, and define support procedures. Identify opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture. Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization). Assist leadership in creating proposals, budgets, and work plans; participate in business development activities. Interview potential candidates. Perform other duties as assigned. Technical skills and qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, IT, MIS, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. At least 2 years of related consulting experience servicing cross-industry clients at a national level. Experience with two full lifecycle NetSuite implementations. Industry-recognized professional certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reporting. Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity. Experience installing, configuring, and implementing NetSuite applications. Proven ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects. Strong leadership skills, including conducting meetings and writing technical documents. Ability to understand current processes and define future state processes aligned with business objectives. Willingness to travel as needed, up to 40%. This position requires in-person attendance at least two days per week at an office or client site, in accordance with the firm's hybrid work model. The base salary range in Iselin, NJ; Minneapolis, WI; and Hartford, CT offices is $104,000 to $156,000. About Us About the Team #J-18808-Ljbffr
