What You Will Be Doing

Orchestrate the regulatory symphony for 25-30 simultaneous campus launches Champion our cause through state-level authorizations and school compliance processes Master the local permitting landscape - from zoning intricacies to fire safety requirements Synchronize efforts across legal, real estate, and operations teams Engineer a scalable playbook that transforms our launch process into a well-oiled machine Forge powerful relationships with regulatory stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions

VP Of Expansion Compliance Key Responsibilities
Serve as the regulatory cornerstone of our expansion, ensuring each campus receives complete and timely clearance for successful, compliant launches across our growing network.
Basic Requirements
We're seeking a regulatory virtuoso with:
3+ years commanding complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in high-stakes regulatory environments Proven track record of orchestrating cross-functional projects and demolishing roadblocks Demonstrated ability to decode and navigate complex regulatory frameworks while building credibility with governing bodies Top-tier strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills, preferably honed in consulting Natural affinity for fast-paced, autonomous environments where results matter Willingness to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows U.S. work authorization and ability to travel domestically (~25% time)
Whether your background is in top-tier consulting (MBB a plus) or leading compliance initiatives in education, healthcare, or real estate, you'll need to bring your A-game to this role.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
