Vice President of Property Services
, you’ll lead the team that brings this vision to life — ensuring each property and guest experience consistently meets our standards and strengthens our brand. About the Role
This is a
hands-on leadership position
responsible for overseeing all aspects of Attache’s Property Services Department. You will manage a team of service coordinators and field technicians, maintain service workflows, oversee quality control and inspections, and directly shape the systems that keep more than 200 properties both guest-friendly joyful and owner-happy profitable. You’ll also collaborate closely with the
President and other department leaders
to design and implement service strategies that scale, drive efficiency, and improve the guest and owner experience. This role evolves over time — as technology, guest expectations, and processes change, you’ll adapt, experiment, and contribute to shaping Attache’s future operational model. We’re hiring based on

—operational judgment, team development, cross-functional influence, and process innovation—not just years of experience or industry background. Key Responsibilities
You will oversee all daily property service operations: managing the ASANA calendar, reviewing and resolving service tickets, coordinating repairs and cleanings, and confirming readiness for upcoming guest arrivals. You’ll directly supervise service coordinators and field technicians, conduct regular check-ins, and ensure every member of your team understands their role in delivering seamless, high-quality outcomes. Your strategic responsibilities include collaborating with other department heads to improve cross-functional workflows, introducing automation or AI tools where appropriate, optimizing vendor relationships, and contributing to quarterly OKR development and review. You’ll also serve as the primary escalation point for complex service issues and high-value properties. In every decision, you’ll be expected to lead with clarity, consistency, and hospitality — always keeping the guest, the owner, and the Attache brand in mind. You’ll occasionally need to support weekend arrivals, respond to urgent after-hours service requests, and navigate complex guest or property issues with a high degree of composure. What You Bring
You have
2+ years of experience
in hospitality, facilities, operations, or property management, ideally with exposure to fast-paced environments or portfolio-style service. You’re skilled at managing people, solving problems under pressure, and maintaining structured, scalable systems. You know how to keep a team moving, a calendar clean, and a department aligned — even during peak demand periods. You are comfortable using tools like Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and service ticketing systems. You write clearly, speak professionally, and can advocate for your team and your priorities with confidence. Above all, you believe that
