Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney
with
5+ years
of defense experience at a highly respected, multi-state litigation firm. This position is based in Milwaukee, WI, with a hybrid schedule allowing remote work part of the week. Must be an attorney licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. Please do not apply if you are not a licensed lawyer. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and proven experience in: Handling
workers' compensation defense
cases from start to finish; Managing a full caseload independently; Handling mediations and depositions; Building and maintaining client relationships; Communicating effectively with clients; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Accurate time reporting; and Business development for the firm. *A portable book of business is a plus but not required.
Salary is commensurate with experience and portable business.
