We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead client acquisition and growth initiatives within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. This role is based in New Jersey and focuses on expanding strategic relationships and driving revenue. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the CPG vertical in North America. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key CPG clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic account management. Conduct market research and competitive analysis
to identify emerging trends and inform sales strategies within the CPG sector. Develop and present customized solution proposals
that align with client business goals and demonstrate measurable ROI. Requirements 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on CPG clients. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment. Strong understanding of analytics, digital transformation, and data-driven solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
