Temporary Agent Follow-up Specialist - 4-Week Contract
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Contract Duration: 4 weeks
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Temporary Agent Follow-up Specialist to join a fast-paced and collaborative team in Carlsbad for a 4-week contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems quickly and professionally.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, assisting with order inquiries, leads and general support. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls and emails
- Handle a high volume of leads through Salesforce
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records in the customer database
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or order entry systems

- Monday- Friday
- 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm PST
- Location: Carlsbad, San Diego
- 1 month contract role
- Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)
