Job DescriptionJob Description
At PMG Holdings LLC, we believe that great teams build great results-and we're looking for a Maintenance Manager who shares that mindset. Based at our
pavement maintenance manufacturing
facility, this hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to keep operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with our operations team to meet production goals, support safety initiatives, and ensure our equipment is operating at peak performance.
This is a full-time, salaried position offering a competitive annual salary between
$80,000 and $95,000 , depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes
medical, dental, and vision insurance ,
company-paid group term life insurance ,
short- and long-term
,
paid vacation ,
accrued sick time ,
paid holidays , and a
401(k) plan with a 4% company match . We're committed to supporting your well-being both on and off the job.
As a working manager, you'll lead a small but skilled team of maintenance mechanics, guiding them through daily tasks, troubleshooting challenges, and long-term improvement projects. You'll be responsible for planning and executing all plant-related maintenance activities, including preventative, predictive, and demand-based work. Your ability to coach, mentor, and develop your team will be just as important as your technical expertise. Whether you're diagnosing electrical systems, optimizing PLC processes, or leading equipment installations, your leadership will help drive efficiency and reliability across the plant.
This role is about more than just fixing machines-it's about building a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. You'll work side-by-side with operations to develop maintenance procedures that align with production planning, investigate equipment failures, and implement corrective actions. You'll also play a key role in hiring, training, and evaluating team members, ensuring everyone has the tools and support they need to succeed.
If you're a self-motivated leader with a strong background in maintenance, a passion for teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality, we'd love to hear from you. Join us and help shape a workplace where people support each other, grow together, and take pride in every job well done.
Conducting background checks, employee eligibility verifications, and schedule pre-hire screening requirements, including but not limited to drug testing and physicals is one of the essential duties for this position.
