Overview
Our client, a reputable organization, is looking to add an Escrow Customer Service Representative to their team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the escrow process, delivering exceptional customer service
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding escrow accounts, documentation, and timelines
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather and verify required documents
Monitor escrow files to ensure all conditions are met and deadlines are adhered to
Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements, and other related documentation
Assist with the scheduling of closings and ensure all parties are informed and prepared
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with client and transaction details
Resolve issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate team members or management
Qualifications
Previous experience in escrow, title, or real estate customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and escrow management systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of escrow procedures, legal documents, and compliance standards

Pay Details:
$16.00 to $17.00 per hour
