Job Overview

Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries in both English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy

Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction

Provide accurate information about products and services

Assist customers with product-related questions and upsell when appropriate

Record customer interactions and maintain detailed logs of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability

Patience and professionalism when handling challenging situations

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
