Bilingual Store Sales Associate

Join our team as a Bilingual Store Sales Associate, where you will work closely with both retail and wholesale customers to meet their needs and provide exceptional service. Your role will involve answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will stay informed about product features and maintain the store's high visual and quality standards. As a vital part of our store, your tasks will include: Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction Helping customers both in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products Building strong relationships with customers to foster trust Processing sales transactions accurately in compliance with company policies Meeting and striving to exceed sales goals on a monthly and yearly basis Keeping work order files and formulas organized Selecting products from the sales floor or warehouse as required Tinting and mixing products to match customer specifications Restocking shelves and rearranging displays Maintaining cleanliness of store equipment Assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks Making deliveries when necessary Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing Staying knowledgeable about product offerings Adhering to inventory control procedures Proposing strategies to enhance sales We believe in investing in our team members.
