As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will be the face of our company, engaging with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs and answer questions about our high-quality paint and coating products. You'll be instrumental in providing solutions that ensure customer satisfaction while actively contributing to sales goals. This position is located at Store #5306, 2001 Colonial Ave. Norfolk, VA 23517, but you may also be required to assist in nearby stores within a 10-mile radius. Your primary responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience. Assisting customers in person and over the phone, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Building trustworthy relationships with customers. Accurately processing sales transactions and maintaining compliance with company policies. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Organizing and maintaining work order files and product formulas. Preparing customer orders by retrieving products and mixing tints as requested. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and setting up displays. Helping with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Staying knowledgeable about our product offerings to effectively assist customers. Participating in inventory control measures and suggesting sales improvement strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in customer service, delivery, or retail. Previous experience in selling paint and paint-related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
