Territory ManagerCompany: PolymemPolyMem dressings are designed to facilitate healing, relieve pain, and reduce inflammation. Unlike traditional foam dressings that primarily absorb, PolyMem dressings contain a unique hydrophilic polyurethane matrix with a mild wound cleanser, moisturizer, and superabsorbent. This combination helps to debride and cleanse the wound bed while drawing fluid to the wound, stimulating healing. PolyMem dressings are non-adherent, minimizing pain during dressing changes and allowing for undisturbed healing. We offer a rewarding work environment where you can make a real difference by developing innovative wound care solutions that help people heal faster and with less pain.What You'll DoAs a Territory Manager, you will:Routinely or as required by customer visits and interface with Ferris Mfg clinical customers to provide product education and in-service training. These customers include hospitals, Nursing homes, rehab, home health agencies, etc.Utilize all training and educational tools to help educate customers.Manage territory to meet sales-based goals and expense limits.Train customers in the proper use of the products at both trade shows and other opportunities. •Analyze primary and secondary data to help guide the territory-level sales efforts.Create and manage territory-based business plans.Other activities are performed as needed.What You'll NeedBachelor's 4-year degreeSome medical device sales experience selling into acute care (ideally 2-3yrs)Experience selling a single disposable product is preferredPassionate, self-motivated, knows how to show the value behind the productsPerks of the JobCompensation: Base: $65KCommission: uncapped, paid from dollar1. Avg Total: $120-140K+Taking over existing business/commission + going after new business for additional $.
