What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage the execution of multiple healthcare integration projects’ lifecycle in alignment with data specifications and service level agreements - Act as a technical resource for integration projects, offering process improvements where needed - Collaborate with the Implementation Specialist to resolve interface-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinate regular testing of data received from vendors and provide evaluations for process improvement - Document project activities in Jira to support management reporting and stakeholder communication
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing integration projects - Experience working with health data integration using HL7, HIPAA X12 837, and/or CCDA - Familiarity with top-tier ambulatory electronic health record (EHR) systems - Proven experience in managing vendor relationships - Strong ability to document processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience - Experience with system testing (unit testing and/or user acceptance testing) - Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce - Understanding of connectivity concepts, including SFTP and VPN
