In this role, you’ll provide clients with financial guidance while building lasting relationships based on trust, respect, and shared goals. As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will work with existing Schwab clients, offering wealth management and financial planning advice. You will grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and client referrals. If you hold your securities license, enjoy teamwork, and are passionate about serving clients, this role is for you. Required Qualifications: A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance licenses during your tenure Preferred Qualifications: Ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, and deepen client engagement through effective communication and exceeding expectations Ability to leverage Schwab’s team of specialists, advice guidelines, market knowledge, and the ability to inspire clients toward their financial goals Openness to managing wealth in areas such as Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning Adaptability to market and business changes Passion for community engagement and educating clients on market conditions, investing principles, and personalized wealth strategies Commitment to providing an outstanding investor experience and professional growth in Wealth Management What’s in it for you At Schwab, we support your personal and professional success with a purpose-driven culture and development tools.
