Human Resources & Business Office Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing both people-focused and finance-related work? We're seeking a H uman Resources & Business Office Administrator to support a range of Accounts Payable (AP), HR, and payroll-related functions in a mission-driven organization.
This is a full-time, on-site role.

Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accurately process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Maintain and organize vendor records; support 1099 preparation
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Support financial documentation and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding
- Input and verify payroll data; oversee timekeeping adjustments and reconciliation
- Assist with employee communications related to benefits, policies, and procedures
- Help facilitate performance review cycles and track key HR documentation
- Support contract processing and other internal documentation workflows
- Experience with Accounts Payable is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
- Familiarity with payroll or HR systems is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
