Our professionals serve as trusted global advisors and partner to deliver strategic solutions to all areas of the business.About the Role:Support the operational and strategic needs of the Employee Experience (EX) Team. This role will play a key part in enabling impactful EX programs, including Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and other Invesco employee engagement communities, by supporting budgeting, invoicing, reporting, and project coordination. You'll also help streamline processes, track key milestones, and ensure smooth execution of EX initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities of the Role: Operational Support: Support day-to-day operations of BRGs and EX initiatives, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and approval workflows and ensure accuracy and timely execution of administrative processes.Reporting & Analysis: Support the creation and maintenance of recurring and ad-hoc reports related to EX metrics, budget utilization, and program impact and assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement across EX initiatives.Project Coordination: Partner with EX Team to monitor project milestones, track deliverables, follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure timely communication of updates and risks.Team Support & Logistics: Coordinate team meetings and manage projects calendars and serve as a central point of contact for operational questions and support needs within the EX Team.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processesDocumentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, project plans, and status updates to ensure transparency and accountability.Requirements of the Role:3-5 years of experience in HR operations, business analysis, or EX support.Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Experience supporting Business Resource Groups, D&I initiatives, or employee engagement programs is a plus.Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Comfortable working with HR systems and financial tools (e.g., Workday).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.Full Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)NoWorkplace ModelPursuant to Invesco's Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm's most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
