This role will primarily support the Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) program, with additional responsibilities supporting Graduate Medical Education (GME) operations and the broader education team. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to manage time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision. This is a hybrid position - must be available to work on-site at least 1 day per week; additional in-person support may be required based on team needs. Office located on the West Bank of the University of Minnesota Campus. Responsibilities: *Coordinate logistics for medical student rotations, including onboarding, evaluations, and schedules *Serve as a point of contact for UME-related inquiries *Maintain records and documentation per UME standards and timelines *Provide scheduling, communication, and data tracking support for GME programs as needed *Respond to shared inboxes and assist with general office operations *Support document preparation, filing, and event coordination Qualifications All required qualifications must be included in the application materials Required Qualifications: *High school diploma or equivalent *Previous experience in administrative or clerical support *Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail *Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) *Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Preferred Qualifications: *Experience in medical education or academic administration *Familiarity with systems such as MedHub, E*Value, or Canvas *Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Pay and Benefits Pay Range: Salary range is $26.00-$29.00 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
