Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. Collaborate with team members and other departments to share insights and improve service processes. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
