Model and create an environment where the Guest is always right; ensure a positive Guest service experience. Respond positively and quickly to Guest concerns. Execute company-wide marketing programs. Enforce all labor laws (federal, state, and local). Uphold food safety, handling, and sanitation standards to ensure health and safety. Model and encourage CKE shared values. Focus on and be driven by the Guest experience. Maintain high personal integrity, treating all employees with honesty, respect, and dignity. Be performance-oriented: communicate expectations, measure results, recognize good performance, and address poor performance. Essential Functions

Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience
3–5 years in a management position, preferably in a restaurant setting. Hours
Able to work 47.5–50 hours per week with flexible hours as needed. Skills & Abilities
Basic computer knowledge. Financial and analytical skills including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management. Organizational, planning, and time management skills. Team building and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Physical Abilities
Work long hours and stand for extended periods. Work around heat and in close quarters. Move throughout the restaurant to observe operations and performance. Able to lift 50–75 pounds comfortably. Work with various cleaning products. Additional Details
