Develop and execute the business plan, including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning, and local marketing. Utilize labor effectively to meet budget goals. Be responsible for financial results and execute company marketing programs. Enforce all labor laws and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. Model and encourage CKE shared values. Focus on and drive guest satisfaction. Maintain high personal integrity, treating all employees with honesty, respect, and dignity. Communicate performance expectations clearly, recognize good performance, and address poor performance. Essential Functions

Develop and implement business and marketing plans. Manage labor and financial results effectively. Ensure compliance with laws and safety standards. Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience
3–5 years in management, preferably in a restaurant setting. Hours
Ability to work a 47.5 to 50-hour week, including flexible hours as scheduled. Skills & Abilities
Basic computer skills. Financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and P&L management. Organizational and time management skills. Team building and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Abilities
Work long hours and stand for extended periods. Work around heat and in close quarters. Lift 50–75 pounds comfortably. Work with cleaning products. Additional Details
