Responsibilities
Create an environment where the Guest is always right; ensure a positive Guest service experience.
Respond quickly and positively to Guest concerns.

Manage labor effectively to meet budget.

Enforce all labor laws and uphold food safety, handling, and sanitation standards.
Model and promote CKE shared values.
Focus on Guest satisfaction and demonstrate high personal integrity.
Set performance expectations, measure results, and recognize good performance.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
3-5 years in management, preferably restaurant experience.
Hours:
Able to work 47.5-50 hours/week with flexible scheduling.
Skills & Abilities
Basic computer knowledge.
Financial and analytical skills including budgeting and P&L management.
Organizational and team-building skills.
Problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical Abilities
Work long hours and stand for extended periods.
Work around heat and in close quarters.
Lift 50-75 pounds.
Handle cleaning products safely.
