In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include managing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that our front office operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and receipt. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Provide information to clients about services, policies, and procedures. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus. Proven experience as a front office representative or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
