The Client Support Specialist (CSS) role could be the perfect fit for you. CSSs collaborate with financial advisors to help clients realize their long-term financial aspirations. Your main focus will be providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring clients receive top-notch service. We take pride in serving over nine million clients, and our CSSs play a crucial role in our success. What will your role involve? Deliver outstanding personalized service to ensure clients feel valued and informed. Engage actively in annual business planning to develop effective strategies for the coming year. Listen attentively for signs in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Lead marketing initiatives, including planning and executing events.
