Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions with precision.
- Manage collections activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
- Record and reconcile cash receipts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Enter invoices and oversee contract billing processes.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Experience with bank reconciliations and financial data management.
- Proven ability to manage collections and handle sensitive financial matters.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
