Your Impactful Role Includes:- Deliver comprehensive medical care by evaluating, treating, and managing adult patients.
- Conduct screenings for chronic diseases to ensure early intervention and management.
- Engage in resident teaching and preceptorship to cultivate future healthcare leaders.
- Supervise and mentor healthcare students, fostering a learning-rich environment.
- Be available for scheduled clinic hours, on-call services, and participate in after-hours clinical or operations-related meetings to maintain seamless healthcare service delivery.
- Medical Doctorate with a commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Current Texas medical licensure, ensuring compliance with state medical standards.
- Valid DEA license to prescribe necessary medications.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) to respond adequately in emergencies.
- Experience working within community healthcare settings, enriching patient interactions and outcomes.
- Bilingual skills, preferably Spanish-speaking, to effectively communicate in a diverse community.
